God
In PL we use either the term ‘God’ or ‘Mioya-ookami’ and the meaning is understood to be everything; the whole of existence. Therefore, we are all part of God. God is the one absolute that includes everything; God is totality. So God exists in each of us and everything in our lives: all we see, feel, hear, touch, taste and smell is part of God.
There have being many interpretations of God beginning in ancient times but contrary to what many of us have been taught, God does not have the appearance of a white haired, white bearded old man and does not live separate from us in a place called Heaven. God is all! God is neither Father as often referred to, nor Mother as in Mother Nature. God is neither male nor female; neither yin nor yang. God is everything, including the energy of the universe and the cosmic consciousness. Also, God does not have a shape or a separate existence.
There have been many attempts to prove God’s existence. However, there has not yet been any complete proof for the existence of God. This is because God is one and is absolute so we cannot isolate Him to prove His existence.
It is an illusion to think that human beings are independent and exist alone just as human beings. We are a part that cannot be separated from the whole. Ego is the state of mind in which human beings have the illusion that they exist separately from the whole — from God
God doesn’t recognise special privileges; God doesn’t have to compromise. God is absolutely equal and fair. Also, God doesn’t have human feelings, so some people say that God is cold-hearted, while others say that God has mercy.
We have to know that the recognition and clear understanding of God are beyond human logic.
